YFXGW-40A vertical steel bar reverse bending test machine <br /> I. Introduction :
The steel bar bending tester is a special equipment for cold bending test and flat and reverse bending test of steel bars. Its main technical parameters are in accordance with GB / T1499.2-2018 "Plan for Reverse Plane Bending Test of Steel Bars" and ISO10065: 1900 regulations and requirements related to cold bend test and plane reverse bending test. This equipment is the ideal testing equipment for steel plants and construction units to inspect the bending performance of steel bars.
The steel bar bending tester has the characteristics of compact structure, simple operation, intuitive bending angle display, easy maintenance, stable operation, safety and low noise.

Second, the scheme description <br /> The working principle of the testing machine: using digital integrated circuits, the bending angle of the testing machine is divided by the photoelectric pulse obtained from the support roller shaft, the angle is counted and continuously displayed, when the testing machine When the work roll is turned to the set angle, it is controlled by the logic circuit to make the solenoid valve control the oil circuit. In order to ensure the safety of the operator and the equipment, the equipment is also equipped with a reliable limit mechanism, which can stop the equipment in time when the electrical control part is out of control or misoperation.
Third, installation <br /> Install on a stable basis, the horizontal flatness error should not be greater than 0.5 / 1000; the power supply is a three-phase four-wire 380V / 220V, 50HZ power supply.

Performance advantages of our products
1.
